Your plans have been made, your vendor team is booked, and now you need someone to execute your vision. We step in and become the liaison between you and your handpicked vendors, so you can enjoy, and have a stress-free day.
Description of Service
- Wedding Management begins as soon as your contract is signed
- Unlimited email communication from date of signed contract
- Unlimited phone communication the MONTH of wedding
- 3 Consultations – via phone or face to face
- (1) mandatory Face to Face consult
- Introductory phone call and/or email to all contracted vendors to introduce myself, and make them aware of my role and responsibility
- Visit to both ceremony and reception sites
- Development of a detailed wedding timeline
- Two weeks prior to the ceremony, all vendors listed on the contract will be contacted via phone or email, to verify details of their services and arrival times
- Provide vendor recommendations if needed
Pre – Planning
- Work with ceremony and reception venues to confirm setup times and logistic
- Confirm vendor arrival times
- Oversee wedding rehearsal
- Create wedding day timeline
- Create wedding day itinerary
- Provide wedding day itinerary to vendors
- Site visit to venue (45 days before wedding)
Wedding Rehearsal
- Coordinate wedding rehearsal (2 hours maximum)
Wedding Day
- Coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and reception, up to12 hours
- On-site to receive deliveries and greet vendors
- Team includes, Lead Coordinator and 2 assistants. If necessary, additional assistants will be retained.
- Coordinate the wedding ceremony
- Coordinate the wedding reception set-up
- Placement of escort cards
- Placement of table numbers
- Placement of menu cards (if applicable)
- Set-up treat table (if applicable)
- Placement of wedding favors
- Manage wedding day vendor teams (e.g., photographer, videographer, DJ/Band, florist, décor designer/stylist, hairstylist, makeup artist, offsite-caterer, officiant)
- Coordinate wedding party line-up for ceremony and reception
- Work with Catering staff
- Point of contact for wedding party and immediate family for questions, directions, etc
- Assist with set up of décor
- Packing up of gifts and cards with assistance from one person – designated by the client
- Assist venue team with break down
