Wedding Management
Also known as "Month of Coordination". Once you have signed a contract, New Beginnings Event Management will begin working for you. We become the liaison between you and your handpicked vendors, leaving you stress-free to enjoy the most memorable day of your life.
Services Include:
- Two Face-to-Face consultations
- One will be 1 month before wedding, to review timeline
- Unlimited phone and email
- Create wedding day timeline
- Create detail checklist
- Up to two hours of ceremony rehearsal coordination with Officiant
- Overseeing and directing ceremony and reception, up to 12 hours on wedding day
- Venue walk-through forty five (45) days before the wedding
- Work with Catering staff day of wedding
- Collect all décor items from couple, to be setup at the ceremony and reception
- Setup ceremony and reception decor
- Packing up of gifts and cards
- Deliver gifts and cards to designated person at the end of reception
- Primary contact for vendors
- Work with Catering/Sales Manager on logistics
- Contact vendors to introduce myself
- Review contracts to understand the terms of vendor setup, on the day
- Confirm vendor arrival and setup times
- On-site to receive deliveries and greet vendors
- Coordinate photos with photographer
- Liaison between vendors, family, wedding party and venue staff
Partial Planning
Partial Planning is for the couple that is in the planning process but would like the assistance and guidance of a professional to ensure all details are covered. Partial Planning includes all the services in the Wedding Management package.
Services Include:
- All services listed in Wedding Management Package
- Monthly check-ins
- Check list to stay on track
- Assist with invitations
- Assist with design concept
- Vendor recommendations
Full Planning
Full Planning is for the busy couple who wants professional guidance throughout the entire wedding planning process. We will guide you through the process from beginning to end. Full Planning includes all services of Wedding Management and Partial Planning.
Services Include:

- Venue site selection
- Request proposals from vendors
- Review vendor proposals
- Design Concept
- Budget Review
- Assist with seating chart
